A Really good hospitality, spacious one-bedroom suite, great city view

A Limited breakfast variety, outdated decor, no pool access during rain

our double room was brand-new with a good shower, very comfortable beds, for instance.

Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was too soft.

The breakfast was outstanding and very very good, there was lots of food to chose from. The location was great and the free parking was onsite. A bakery and interesting independent shops were right next door

Nothing not to love.

The location is a real gem, with plenty to do nearby, and the pool area ambiance is inviting, though I wished it opened a bit later. Enjoyed the spacious one-bedroom suite with its modern touches, though the occasional noise from outside was slightly distracting.

Our room was reasonably large with great shower and coffee making facility and good movies. The service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and amazing.

Pillows felt uncomfortable, with the bed being a bit too stiff for a good night's sleep. The shower amenities showed some signs of wear, and some tiles in the pool area had sharp edges, which might catch off-guard unsuspecting guests.

Check-in was quick. I booked a two-night stay in a One-Bedroom Suite. The minimalist decor struck me first. Very clean and modern. The bed felt comfy enough for a good night's sleep, and the bathroom wowed with a spacious rain shower. Staff always approached me with a warm welcome. Some minor hiccups popped up. On the first day, it took a while to get that pitcher of water I requested. I liked the breakfast spread but found it lacking in variety. More options would have made it even better. The rooftop pool has amazing views, though it got a bit windy while swimming. I also noticed that the bar near the pool was closed, forcing us to order from the Granary, especially the drinks. I liked my stay. The hotel had a vibrant vibe and excellent amenities. Just a few adjustments needed to elevate the overall experience.

Comfy stay with amazing staff

Had a fab 2-night stay! The bed was super comfy, and I loved the hot showers after exploring. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially when I needed tips on places to visit. Breakfast was a treat, especially the omelette station. Just wish the pool area wasn't so windy while swimming.

Friendly staff and great poolside bar, but towels need more softener.

the only downside was the internet connection which was a bit slow but the rooms were spacious with clean facilities the staff were super helpful and always ready to assist and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of dishes (especially the fresh fruits).

The staff impressed me with their hospitality. They helped arrange a car rental for me easily and were accommodating to my kids. The room was clean with ample space and the bathroom was spacious. I enjoyed the city view from my room.

The room's decor seemed a bit dated, which could use some refreshing.

The Richmonde offered a tranquil environment ideal for unwinding after long workdays. The staff adhered strictly to health protocols . The one-bedroom suite was well-appointed and allowed for a productive work setting, essential for business travellers. I particularly appreciated the effort they made to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel premises.

The breakfast selection was somewhat limited in variety.
